Are you aged 7-15? Then join Nottingham Falcons Korfball
Nottingham KC is looking for new players to play this fast paced sport – we’ve lots of opportunities for players right now! Nottingham Korfball Club is a well established sports club with players of all ages…we are currently looking to expand the number of players and teams. So if you’d like to have a go at korfball, simply come along (perhaps with a couple of your friends) to training on a Tuesday evening:
U7s and U9s: 6-7 pm
U11s/U13s/U15s: 6.30-7.30 pm
at Rushcliffe Leisure Centre, Boundary Road, West Bridgford (term-time only). Moving back to Rushcliffe Arena in January 2017!
Players can go on to play korfball with Nottingham Korfball Club (see main website homepage/Club info/Training)
See our Documents page for more information on korfball and useful forms
Korfball Skill Awards
Nottingham Falcons Youth Korfball offers its players the opportunity to attain Korfball Skills Awards. They are designed to ensure players learn all aspects of korfball. There are four levels and they are roughly linked to the Key Stages children follow at school (so KSA Level 1 is easiest, with KSA Level 4 aimed at teenagers). To see what is required for each level please go to our Documents page. An example of veering movements can be found on the Videos page!
